Frustrated with the lack of edgier designs available we desired to take a chance and create our own line of fun, comfortable, edgy and cute children’s clothing. It was important to us to find not only amazing art and designs for our clothing but also to be sure that the fabric would be soft and yummy against our babies skin.
And so was born Ooh La La Mama, inspired by desire to dress their very cool kids in very cool clothing. The idea for Ooh La La Mama, LLC was created in the end of 2006 by wife and husband team, Cindy Parker and Scott Stoughton. In February 2007 they produced their first garments and made their first sale, and has been growing ever since.
I was lucky enough to get a chance to work with Ooh La La Mama and got a super cute Winged Rock Star Pink Dress for Maddisyn and a way cool Dino Boy One Piece Diaper Shirt for Holden. Both are very well made and easy to take care of and clean wich to me is the number one buying decision for kids clothes and then the coolness/cuteness factor comes in second and Ooh La La Mama hit the nail right on the head with both of them.
The Clothes are so cute and full of design and color and best of all they dont even feel new, they are soft and feel broke in like your favourite T-Shirt, (you know the one you just can't let go) sad part is i know some day (probably sooner than later) they will outgrown them, but on a positive note that means I can get more clothes from Ooh LaLa Mama haha.
Ooh LaLa Mama has so many designs to choose from and more than dresses and one pieces (diaper shirts), they also have Tee's and Rombers for boys and girls. buying a gift for someone but not sure what they would like, or can't choose which one, they even have gift Certificates available form $25 - $200.
Hesitant on purchasing kids clothes online? Not sure how they will Fit or if the colours are true to the pictures (which I assure you mine were) head here to see a list of retailers with over 70 retail locations making Ooh LaLa Mama products easily available to you.
~BUY IT~
Go to Ooh LaLa Mama and get your cool kid some cool clothes. The dino shirt we got as a onesie and it costs $31.95. Maddisyns rock star dress, which by the way there is a boy onesie that matches it, costs $29.95 and both are worth every penny.
