I am a cell phone user, so is Lee. It really is logical that we both use cell phones after all he works for a major cell phone company here so it would be funny if at least he didn't have one. I love my cell and being able to be in contact with my kids school, our family, friends and of course Lee during the day when I am not at home wether I am out walking or gone shopping.
Starting in October it is going to be mandatory in my province that we use bluetooth, we are not even allowed to TOUCH our cellphones or we can be fined. That is fine with me, but we had to find something suitable for use that did not make me sound like i was in a fishtank. Then I got the chance to review the Parrot Minikit Chich bluetooth hands-free car kit and it has been my saviour.
The Parrot Minikit Chic attaches to my visor and thanks to its sleek design is super easy to use and does not block my line of sight at all. It could also be used in the home or office but ours doesn't leave the van. It can be charged in the vehicle with the included power adapter or you can hook it to your computer and charge it that way while getting whatever updates may be available for it.
Pairing it to our cell phones was super easy and once paired it automatically got my contacts so now I simply press the green button and it asks me who i want to call, i tell it the name and it dials simple as that. Best of all is that it recognizes any voice, so Lee can use it paired with my phone to make a call and it will respond to his voice, or even Chase and Blake's voices. The sound is amazing and I can hear whoever is on the other end of the phone clear as day and they can hear me.
You can pair this device with up to 5 phones, it can hold 2,500 contacts in the phone book, it only takes 4 hours to charge and has 15 hours of talk time and over 20 days of standby time on a single charge.
