I need a blog makeover

So my blog is in desperate need of a makeover. Can anyone recommend to me a good place to go to get a makeover done on my blog at a reasonable price? I could attempt to do it myself but I am so afraid I will mess things up that I really do not want to attempt it unless I absolutely cannot find something for a decent price. My birthday is coming up on Nov 23rd and depending on the cost I may be able to convince Lee to give me a bloggy makeover for my birthday.

she did my blog. I won it in a contest and don't know the normal prices of blogs. but she is really great to work with and she puts some of the proceeds to different charities. Hope this helps. :)
